The beauty of our world

Postby enigma » Tue Jun 19, 2012 4:04 am

the beauty of our world,
lies not in stars and space,
nor in the sun and moon,
it lies upon the earths face.

the beauty of our world,
lies in discarded feathers on the ground,
a forgotten puddle left by clouds,
the silent whisper of voices abound.

the beauty of our world,
lies in subtle shades and hues,
it lies in a crisp spring breeze,
and intensely radiant views.

the beauty of our world,
lies in rogue pebbles and stones,
it lies in the swaying of a forest,
and the life given by flesh and bones.

the beauty of our world,
lies within our heart and mind,
it lies within our body and spirit,
and helps the heart grow kind.

the beauty of our world,
lies in all that you see,
it lies in everything you hear,
and in all that we can be.
