Going Blind

Postby Rybo75 » Mon Feb 28, 2011 10:17 pm

We dream all our dreams,
In the corners of our mind,
Closed doors, down corridors
In places you cant find,

You’re going blind,
Going blind
Going blind

Look outside your window, all the summers pass you by,
Press your face against the glass, almost taste the sky,

Like fishes, our wishes,
Swim the oceans deep,
So fast, you’ll never catch,
Never yours to keep,

Oh you could weep
Oh you weep
I hear you weep

childrens voices, teenage choices,
fade they fade to black,
say goodbye, as seconds fly
you’ll never get them back.

Heart attack,
Heart attack,
Heart attack.

Look outside your window, all the summers pass you by,
Press your face against the glass,
You can almost
You can almost
You can almost taste the sky,

a little poetry

Postby Maja.L » Sun Oct 02, 2011 4:12 am

I dont know but a little poetry comes into my mind:

Make my wish come true

searching for answers
that evaded me for so long,
i got lost in a maze of treachery
hidden under a mask of innocence;

it’s been so long
words kept me awake
all night long, making
me restless and confused;

drowning in the wishes
of a long lost past,
i let my life down,
i let myself down;

in the midst of the night
under the velvet skies
i surrendered to life
i whisper for forgiveness;

so with a smile on my lips
and a wish on my heart
i give faith(hope) one more reason
i give life another chance
to make my wish come true;
